- telephone assistance: Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm, Sunday from 8am to 4pm
- on-site intervention: Monday to Saturday from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sunday from 8.30am to 4.30pm. Intervention within 9 hours of your call if your terminal is out of service.
Reactive Premium:
- telephone assistance: Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm
- on-site intervention: Monday to Saturday from 8.30am to 5.30pm. Guaranteed intervention within6 hours of you call if your terminal is out of service.
Reactive Premium+:
- telephone assistance: Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm, Sunday from 8am to 4pm
- on-site intervention: Monday to Saturday from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sunday from 8.30am to 4 pm. Guaranteed intervention within 6 hours from your call if your terminal is out of service.
