  • These questions can often be answered by telephone.
  • If on-site intervention is necessary, one of our petroleum specialists will come to you. Dependent on the chosen formula, they will be with you within 6 or 9 hours.

Free parts and replacement terminal

An assistance formule includes:

  • A free helpdesk
  • Free intervention and replacement of defective parts under normal use
  • A replacement terminal if necessary
  • Regular software updates to ensure a reliable and secure terminal.

You have the coice of four assistance formulas:

Reactive Economy:

  • telephnoe assistance: Monday to Friday from 8am to 8pm
  • on-site intervention on Monday to Friday from 8.30am to 5.30pm. Intervention within 9 hours of your call at the latest.

Reactive Economy+:

  • telephone assistance: Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm, Sunday from 8am to 4pm
  • on-site intervention: Monday to Saturday from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sunday from 8.30am to 4.30pm. Intervention within 9 hours of your call if your terminal is out of service.

Reactive Premium:

  • telephone assistance: Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm
  • on-site intervention: Monday to Saturday from 8.30am to 5.30pm. Guaranteed intervention within6 hours of you call if your terminal is out of service.

Reactive Premium+:

  • telephone assistance: Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm, Sunday from 8am to 4pm
  • on-site intervention: Monday to Saturday from 8.30am to 5.30pm, Sunday from 8.30am to 4 pm. Guaranteed intervention within 6 hours from your call if your terminal is out of service.
