If you invest in a terminal, it is only to be expected that the terminal will always work without breakdowns. However, machines are unpredictable. With our technical assistance contract you can rest assured that any problems will be rapidly resolved. We will take care of it.

  • You can reach our helpdesk every day, including Sunday. From Monday to Saturday between 8am and 8pm, on Sunday from 8am to 4pm.
  • Good to know: many problems can be resolved by telephone.
  • If the problem cannot be resolved by telephone, a specialist will contact you within the hour.

Rapidly on site

  • Still no solution? Then we come to you!
  • If you call before 1pm, that will happen the same day, even on Saturday.
  • If you call after 1pm, we will be at your door the next morning.
  • We also offer assistance on 4 Sundays at the year end and during the sales period when most of the shops in Belgium are open.

Free spares and replacement terminal

  • Defective parts will be replaced free.
  • If necessary, you will get a replacement terminal of the same type.
