Which cards do you want to accept?

Credit cards (Visa & MasterCard)

  • Your clients do not need to worry about the available balance on their account.
  • Your international clients like to pay by credit card.
  • Reporting makes the administrative management simple.
  • You only pay commission on the amount of the transaction.
  • You receive the money on your account within 2 days of the transaction.

Direct debit cards (Bancontact/Mister Cash, Maestro & V PAY)

  • The most widely-used form of electronic payment in Belgium.
  • The money comes directly on to your account. 
  • For acceptance of your Bancontact/Mister Cash cards you can choose a subscription that matches the number of transactions - an Optimax or a Horizon subscription. To find out more about what differentiates them, click here.

A terminal and technical support with the Unlimited rental formula (price: 47.53 euro/month)

  • The Xenta Internet with printer is a countertop terminal with superfast Internet connection.
  • Connecting a terminal to your internet connection is the cheapest option: you have no additional communication cost per transaction.
  • You can accept all types of cards: credit cards, Bancontact/Mister Cash, Maestro, V PAY, and Proton.
  • You have the benefits of a helpline 7 days a week.
  • For 6 days a week, technical on-site support is guaranteed the same day, or in at the latest the following morning.
  • Your terminal software is updated on a regular basis.
