How can I cancel a reservation with a credit card not inserted?
- Your terminal is on the initial screen « lire carte ».
- Press the
below « manuel ». - If « manuel » does not appear, press successively on « stop » and « ok » to enter the menu.
- Then press below « manuel ».
- Enter the card number (16 figures).
- Press « ok » to confirm.
- Enter the expiry date (MMAA).
- Press « ok » to confirm.
- Press 5 « annuler réservation ».
- Enter the CVC2/CVV2 code (= 3 the last three figures after the card number on the back of the card).
- Press « ok » to confirm.
- Enter the amount.
- Press « ok » to confirm.
- Enter the reference 1 if you want a reference for this reservation.
- Press « ok » to confirm.
- The ticket cancelling the reservation is printed.
