- Verify that your terminal is properly connected (mains cable).
- Unplug the mains connector of your terminal.
- Leave the terminal without current for 30 seconds.
- Put the mains connector back into the socket.
- If still nothing appears on the screen, try to adjust the contrast.
- If your terminal se comprises two modules (the first on which the client enters their code and the second on which you enter the amounts), use the second.
- Press « menu ticket ».
- Press 3 « set up terminal ».
- Press 2 « contraste ».
- For less contrast, press several times on the
key at the extreme left (under the screen) until you reach the required level of contrast. - For more contraste, press several times on the
key at the extreme right (under the screen) until you reach the required level of contrast. - If the level of contrast is satisfactory, confirm with « ok ».
