- Verify that your terminal is properly connected (mains cable, telephone line).
- Verify the telecom connection (telephone line).
- If you have no connection, please contact your telecom provider.
- If you have a connection, unplug the mains connector from the terminal.
- Leave the terminal without current for 30 seconds.
- Put the mains connector back in the socket.
- If you have a portable terminal:
- Remove the battery.
- Wait 30 seconds.
- Put the battery back in place.
