What do I do when the message « error telecom » appears?

  • Verify that your terminal is properly connected (mains cable, telephone line).
  • Verify the telecom connection (telephone line).
  • If you have no connection, please contact your telecom provider.
  • If you have a connection, unplug the mains connector from the terminal.
  • Leave the terminal without current for 30 seconds.
  • Put the mains connector back in the socket.
  • If you have a portable terminal:
  • Remove the battery.
  • Wait 30 seconds.
  • Put the battery back in place.
