How can I cancel a reservation with a credit card inserted?
- Your terminal is on the initial screen « lire carte ».
- Read the card (via the chip or the magnetic strip).
- Press 5 « annuler réservation ».
- Enter the amount.
- Press « ok » to confirm.
- Enter the authorisation code.
- Press « ok » to confirm.
- Enter the reference 1 if you want a reference for this reservation.
- Press « ok » to confirm.
- The client enters their secret code and confirms with « ok ».
- The ticket cancelling the reservation is printed.
