What do I do if my credit card transfer (upload) fails?
- You can force a transfer:
- If you have a portable terminal, place it on its charger.
- Your terminal is on the initial screen « lire carte ».
- Press « menu ticket ».
- Press 4 « Credit Cards BKS ».
- Press 3 « journal transac. ».
- Enter the password (= 6 last figures of your terminal number)
- Press « ok » to confirm the password.
- Press 4 « transfert journal ».
- Press 1 « clôturer + transfert ».
- Select the required card company (ex. « 2 » for BCC).
- Press « ok » 2 times.
- The transfer ticket for the selected credit cards is printed.
- If the transfer fails again, verify the following points:
- Is your terminal properly connected? (mains cable or battery if you have a portable terminal and telecommunication connection).
