What can I do when the message "carte illisible" appears?

  • Verify that you terminal is properly connected (mains cable, telephone or ADSL line).
  • Unplug the mains connector of your terminal.
  • Leave the terminal without current for 30 seconds.
  • During that time, blow hard several times into the card reader (chip or magnetic strip) (to remove any dust).
  • If you have a « cleaning card », use it several times in the card reader.
  • Put the mains plug back in the socket.
