What can I do if my Proton transfer failed?
You are about to make a transfer:
- Your terminal is on the initial screen « lire carte ».
- Press « menu ticket ».
- Press 1 « Banksys ».
- Press 4 « paramètres ».
- Press 4 « paramètres cartes ».
- Enter the password (= 4 last figures of your terminal number).
- Press « ok » to confirm.
- Press 2 « Proton ».
- Press 9 « transfert ».
- Press 2 « transfert immédiat ».
- Press « ok » to confirm.
- If the transfer fails, verify the following points:
- Is the terminal properly connected (mains cable and telephone line)?
- Do you have a tone on your telephone line?
