What can I do if the buttons on my terminal don't work?

  • Verify that your terminal is properly connected (mains cable).
  • Unplug the mains connector of your terminal.
  • Leave the terminal without current for 30 seconds.
  • Press successively on each of the buttons in case one of them is stuck. Put the mains plug back in the socket.
