What can I do if the buttons on my terminal don't work?

Verify that your terminal is properly connected (mains cable).
Unplug the mains connector of your terminal.
Leave the terminal without current for 30 seconds.
Press successively on each of the buttons in case one of them is stuck. Put the mains plug back in the socket.
