What can I do when the message « error telecom » appears?

  • Verify that your terminal is properly connected (mains cable, telephone line and ADSL).
  • Test your telecommunication connection (PSTN, ISDN or ADSL line).
  • If you have no connection, contact your telecom provider.
  • If you have a connection, unplug the mains connector of your terminal.
  • Leave the terminal without current for 30 seconds.
  • Put the mains connector back in the socket.
