What can I do when the message « swipe mag card » appears?

  • Verify that your terminal is properly connected (mains cable, telephone line and ADSL).
  • Unplug the mains connector of your terminal.
  • Leave the terminal without current for 30 seconds.
  • Blow hard several times into the card reader(chip or magnetic strip)(to remove any dust).
  • If you have a « cleaning card », use it several times in the card reader.
  • Put the mains connector back in the socket.
