What can I do when the message « swipe mag card » appears?

Verify that your terminal is properly connected (mains cable, telephone line and ADSL).
Unplug the mains connector of your terminal.
Leave the terminal without current for 30 seconds.
Blow hard several times into the card reader(chip or magnetic strip)(to remove any dust).
If you have a « cleaning card », use it several times in the card reader.
Put the mains connector back in the socket.
