How do I cancel a sale with a credit card inserted?
- Your terminal is on the initial screen « lire carte ».
- Read the card (via the chip or the magnetic strip).
- Press 4 « annuler vente ».
- Enter the amount.
- Press « ok » to confirm.
- Enter the authorisation code.
- Press « ok » to confirm.
- The cancellation ticket is printed.
