What do I do if my Proton transfer fails?

  • You are about to make a transfer:
  • Your terminal is on the initial screen « lire carte ».
  • Press « menu ticket ».
  • Press 1 « Banksys ».
  • Press 4 « paramètres ».
  • Press 4 « paramètres cartes ».
  • Enter the password (= 4 last figures of your terminal number).
  • Press « ok » to confirm.
  • Press 2 « Proton ».
  • Press 9 « transfert ».
  • Press 2 « transfert immédiat ».
  • Press « ok » to confirm. 
  • If the transfer fails, verify the following points:
  • Verify that the battery of your terminal is inserted correctly.
  • Test your telecom connection (signal).
  • If you have sufficient signal (minimum of 3 bars displayed on the screen), remove the battery from your terminal.
  • Leave the terminal without current for 30 seconds.
  • Replace the battery.
  • If you have verified everything and it still does not work, contact technical services on 321, for assistance.
