What do I do if the buttons on my terminal don't work?

  • Verify that your terminal is properly connected (battery).
  • Remove the battery from your terminal.
  • Leave the terminal without current for 30 seconds.
  • Press successively on all of the buttons in case one of them is stuck.
  • Replace the battery.
