How can I cancel a reservation with a credit card not inserted?

Your terminal is on the initial screen « lire carte ».
Press the key below « manuel ».
If « manuel » does not appear, press successively on « stop » and « ok » to enter the menu.
Press the key below « manuel ».
Enter the card number (16 figures).
Press « ok » to confirm.
Enter the expiry date (MMAA).
Press « ok » to confirm.
Press 5 « annuler réservation ».
Enter the CVC2/CVV2 code (= 3 last figures of the card number on the back of the card).
Press « ok » to confirm.
Enter the amount.
Press « ok » to confirm.
Enter the reference 1 if you want a reference for this reservation.
Press « ok » to confirm.
The cancellation ticket for this reservation is printed.
