What do I do if nothing appears on the screen of my terminal?

Verify that the terminal is properly connected (mains cable or battery for a portable terminal).
Unplug the mains connector of the terminal.
Leave the terminal without current for 30 seconds.
Put the mains connector back into the socket.
If you have a portable terminal:
Remove the battery.
Wait 30 seconds.
Put the battery back in place.
If still nothing appears on the screen, try to adjust the contrast.
Press « menu ».
Press 2 times on the white button next to the 0 button.
To reduce the contrast, press 4 several times to obtain the required contrast.
To increase the contrast, press 6 several times to obtain the required contrast.
When you have the required contrast, press « ok » to confirm.
