Your Atos Worldline invoices are very detailed so that you have total control over everything concerning you electronic payments. Here are some indications that will guide you towards a thorough understanding of the document.
Monthly contributions
They are divided into 4 sections:
- Transactions
- Subscription
- Equipment rental
- Technical assistance
The items that appear on your invoice depend on the number of terminals that you have.
If you have installed from 1 to 5 terminals, you will receive a global invoice with a breakdown of the costs per terminal (TID - terminal identification).
The sections of your invoice:
- Transactions
All of the costs related to your Bancontact/Mister Cash transactions, your Proton commission and the Proton transfers. Your 4 free night-time Proton transfers are mentioned separately.
- Subscription
Bancontact/Mister Cash subscription costs (Horizon or Optimax type)

Costs relating to the rental of your terminal
- Technical assistance
The costs of technical assistance for our products and services (the « Assistance Kit Pro » formula, for example)

SOL / SIS
If you work in SOL (semi online) mode or if you accept SIS cards, the costs associated with these applications are indicated at the bottom of your invoice, in the section ‘frais divers'.
Individual contributions
For individual contributions, for example, the purchase of a terminal, you will receive a separate invoice.
If you have more than 5 terminals, you will receive a main invoice with an annex per product or service for which you are a client of Atos Worldline.
The main invoice gives an overview of all your products and services, grouped per section:
- Transactions
All of the costs related to your Bancontact/Mister Cash transactions, your Proton commission and the Proton transfers. Your 4 free night-time Proton transfers are mentioned separately.
- Subscription
The Bancontact/Mister Cash subscription costs (Horizon or Optimax type).
