How can you find your last transaction?

There are several ways of finding the last transaction performed on your terminal:

  • To know the day, date and hour of your last transaction, take your terminal number and contact 02 727 27 15 (FR) or 02 727 27 10 (NL), accessible 24/7.
  • Follow the instructions below for your XENTA - XENTISSIMO - C-ZAM/SMASH terminal:
    • Your terminal is on the initial screen « lire carte ».
    • Press « menu ticket ».
    • Press 2 « dern. transaction ».
    • The data for the last transaction performed on the terminal is displayed on the screen. 
  • Follow the instructions below for your C-ZAM/I Proton terminal:
    • Your terminal is on the initial screen « Bienvenue - EUR.... + OK ».
    • Press « menu ».
    • Press 0 « verif ».
    • The data from the last transaction performed on the terminal is displayed on the screen.
