It is very easy to consult the transactions performed on your terminal. Choose the way of obtaining the information that best suits you.
How can you access the details of your transactions?
There are two ways of accessing the details of the transactions performed on your terminal:
- The section Terminal Support provides a response according to the type of terminal that you have. You just have to select your type of terminal, then find the response to the question in the section «Operation».
- Contact Customer Service on 02 727 88 99, Monday to Saturday from 8am to 8pm or Sunday and national holidays from 8am to 4pm.
- Check Bancontact/Mister Cash transactions (only for Merchants)
- Check Credit Cards transactions (only for Merchants accepting credit card payments through Atos Worldline)
