Opening a litigation file
Whenever an insufficient or excessive electronic payment cannot be resolved in a friendly manner between you and the client, we advise you to open a litigation file. This is how to proceed:
If a payment by Visa, MasterCard or Bancontact/Mister Cash has to be corrected administratively, failing an arrangement between the parties, complete the litigation form and send it by fax to 02 205 81 95.
