The HR&O division takes care of recruitment, job changes and career development of each member of staff, the job descriptions and classifications, and the management of working hours, salaries and other non-pecuniary advantages. It also plays an internal consulting role for management, by providing an objective vision of the structure and processes within Atos Worldline.
