Induction programme

Every starter at Atos Worldline enjoys a very wide-ranging induction programme, closely monitored by a member of the Human Resources & Organisation department.

From the moment a new person is hired, a member of the HR&O staff works together with the person's future superior to:  

  • define the initial tasks of the employee;
  • identify training needs;
  • ensure the person meets his/her colleagues;
  • ensure close follow-up, especially during the first months.

Within the induction programme is included:

  • two full days for the new staff member to discover the company;
  • seven days of technical introduction for technical and management posts;
  • regular thematic update sessions for the entire organisation on the way our activities are developing.
