Every starter at Atos Worldline enjoys a very wide-ranging induction programme, closely monitored by a member of the Human Resources & Organisation department.
From the moment a new person is hired, a member of the HR&O staff works together with the person's future superior to:
- define the initial tasks of the employee;
- identify training needs;
- ensure the person meets his/her colleagues;
- ensure close follow-up, especially during the first months.
Within the induction programme is included:
- two full days for the new staff member to discover the company;
- seven days of technical introduction for technical and management posts;
- regular thematic update sessions for the entire organisation on the way our activities are developing.
