Every talent is important for Atos Worldline. Each member of staff has the right to develop his or her career in a way that is as rewarding for him/her as it is for the company.

By talent management policy we mean opening up perspectives for everyone. Career interviews are organised upon the request of the staff member, his/her manager or Human Resources to review the various options for improvement and development. Interviews may lead to training, coaching, or to any other initiative that would contribute to the development of the individual's potential.
