Annual Human Resources Plan

The Human Resources Plan translates the company's strategic objectives each year (Business Plan) into Human Resources projects, to give our human capital the means to achieve these objectives.

Faced with a market undergoing constant change, and with an increasingly international flavour, the Human Resources Plan helps the company play a driving role in its sector.

Each staff member may receive new objectives and challenges. To avoid stress and unease at the workplace, the company offers its staff a personalised palette of training, coaching and support (Individual Development Plan).
