Request for verification of a transaction

Do you make remote sales? If so, verify a doubtful transaction with the help of our web form. Unfortunately, it is not possible for us to verify every transaction, with the exception that those which could be fraudulent should be brought to our attention.

In order to verify a transaction, Atos Worldline offers you several possibilities: by telephone in case of urgency or, easier and more effective, by Internet (only for merchants - cardholders are requested to contact the issuer of their card). When you have doubts concerning a transaction (abnormally high amount, unusually high number of transactions for one client, incoherent order, etc.) you can contact us with the help of a specific form. The minimum amount of information required before contacting us is:

  • Your membership number
  • The card number or the last few figures, the expiry date and the amount
  • In the case of an Internet transaction, the date and time of the transaction
  • The cardholder's name; the name given for delivery
  • The address of the cardholder; the delivery address
  • The type of merchandise
  • The reason for you to suspect the transaction

You will receive a response within 24 hours or the next working day if it is a weekend or national holiday.
