Atos Worldline launches new Belgian websites
The site is in three languages and provides retailers with detailed information on the company's products and solutions tailored to the needs of their sector. In addition, existing customers can find answers to frequently asked questions related to terminals and a number of forms for quickly and simply submitting administrative changes.
With the takeover of Banksys and BCC by Atos Origin, since June 2007 the two companies share the same name: Atos Worldline. As a result, the products of both companies have been combined on a single convenient website.
Five sections
The new website is made up of five sections. The ‘Products and services' section gives a full overview of the products and services offered by Atos Worldline. The two most important parts are the Banksys terminals product line and the part related to the BCC payment network. In the section ‘Your business', retailers will find products tailored to the specific needs of their sector.
The category ‘Customer service' targets existing customers. There they can find answers to frequently asked questions related to the use of their terminal, a number of forms for submitting administrative changes and how to (re)order certain products.
‘Your career' lists all the career possibilities available at Atos Worldline. Finally, the ‘About us' section sketches the history of the company, contains an image bank of photos and logos available for downloading, and lists the events in which Atos Worldline is participating. Here journalists will also find all the press releases and the spokesperson's contact information.
Targeted contact information on each page
The new site is not only informative; surfers will also find the required contact information and a contact form or telephone number on each page. If the surfer fills in the contact form on the page that deals with the questions he or she has, the question is automatically directed to the right person. This avoids the question being needlessly forwarded, and results in a quicker answer.
Product sites with the same look & feel
The Banksys and BCC product sites have been updated in the same
distinctive style. They reproduce the information from the general site that
pertains specifically to Banksys or BCC. At www.banksys.be,
retailers can find more information on the Banksys terminals and cryptographic
modules.
www.bcc.be focuses on retailers who wish
to join the Bancontact/Mister Cash, Proton, Maestro, V PAY, MasterCard or Visa
payment network. This site also has a section for cardholders. On the BCC site,
they will find more information on the secure use and advantages of the
different types of credit cards. This latter part is not included in the
general site.
