Success within a company is also based on the atmosphere there, on the sense of belonging to a group, on inter-personal relations, and on the provision of good information to all staff. Atos Worldline conducts many initiatives to meet these goals.

Sport

A mix of voluntary investment by keen staff, and support from the company means that the following sports are open to staff: the Brussels 20km, tennis, table tennis, football, five-a-side football and hockey. 

Events

Regular events in the company's calendar include:

  • the staff party
  • St Nicolas party
  • twice-yearly staff meetings, chiefly to present results and large-scale projects.
Other advantages

Each department has its own "leisure and entertainment" budget. Staff also enjoy a discount card, which gives them money off in certain chain stores.
