Adaptation of services related to payments in euro (terminals, cards and technical infrastructure) in advance over the rest of the European Union.

 

Atos Origin acquires the Sema Group from Schlumberger, giving birth to one of the leading international IT services.

Creation of the Atos Worldline legal entity by merging the activities of the Atos Origin Group in payment services and transactional eServices.
